The dual-boiler system allows you to brew and steam at the same time and also helps with temperature stability.Expobar rounds out the design with their specially redesigned E61 group.
Traditionally, an E61 constantly syphons hot water through the brew circuit to ensure temperature stability; Expobar also integrated a concave pre-infusion chamber into the Brewtus IV-Ps group to fully saturate the grounds prior to brewing for a more even extraction. Internally, Expobar utilizes premium-level components, which are configured in such a way that any future maintenance is sure to be hassle-free. Weve found that the Brewtus IV is highly efficient, making it just as at home on an entertainers countertop as it is in light-duty commercial space. Its not as pretty as some of its peers, but the Brewtus is interested in performance, not appearance, and it undercuts the competition on price, too. The Brewtus IV is ideal for the serious espresso lover who favors results over aesthetics. Other versions include the Brewtus IV-P which also has a vibration pump, and a plumbability option; and the Brewtus IV-R, which is a rotary pump machine that is exclusively plumbable and doesnt include a reservoir. Optionally, either boiler can be switched off for energy-saving single-boiler use and faster heat up times. This innovative addition evenly distributes hot water over the grounds for a uniform saturation during pre-infusion and throughout the brewing process. The machine will carefully moisten coffee grounds prior to extraction so that you can get the most flavor and aroma out of your coffee. The wand is mounted on a ball joint, and can swivel and rotate to accommodate frothing pitchers and a variety of cup sizes.
